ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Kelly, the heart and hustle behind Run Your Day!
Running has become a huge part of my life, but it’s more than just miles on the road—it’s about discipline, resilience, and showing up for yourself every single day. I work with a coach myself, so I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful coaching can be in helping you achieve your goals.
I’m a proud Six Star Finisher, meaning I’ve completed all six major world marathons.
Beyond running, I wear many hats—I'm a full time Finance VP, a run/nutrition/wellness coach and one of my favorite hats is being MOM to Sydney and Joey, both of whom play travel ice hockey.
Managing their intense schedules, my full time job, my own training, and everything in between has made me a master at time management. I know firsthand what it takes to juggle life’s demands while still prioritizing your own goals, and I want to help others do the same!

WHAT'S NEXT
The journey isn’t over yet! This August, I’ll be heading to Sydney to run for the newly added 7th Star, making history as part of the Abbott World Marathon Majors.
This summer, I’ll also be obtaining a menopause coaching certification through Girls Gone Strong, further expanding my ability to support women through all stages of life.
